Three Leaf Partners

Founded by Pat Connaughton and Matt Burrow in 2021, Three Leaf Partners opened their first corporate office in Milwaukee’s Deer District. Their vision was to create a dynamic environment that accomplished two main goals. The first goal was to create a fully functioning corporate office to house their rapidly growing team. The second was to create a unique hospitality space to host industry events and gathering before and after Bucks games. Working with the Brothers team, Three Leaf accomplished both by creating a unique environment that amplifies its adjacency to the exciting Deer District, while maintaining the balance needed for a high functioning corporate office.
