Energized by a new anchor tenant at their 17950 W Corporate Dr building, The Sentinel Group sought to upgrade their tenant amenity spaces. Based in New York City, the ownership team partnered with Bevara Building Services, Groth Design, and Brothers Interiors to bring their vision to life. The result was a stunning new lobby interior complimented by the existing large windows and beautiful wooded views, adjacent to a state-of-the-art flexible training center with comfortable seating, warm wood tones, and large display screens. A standout feature of the project was the large-scale patterned fabric used on the entryway benches.
