Rhythm - New Land Enterprises

In spring 2017, Tim Gokhman, Director of New Land Enterprises, approached Brothers Interiors with a challenge: to design the most unique apartment lobby in Milwaukee for the Rhythm Apartments on North Water Street. As one of the largest developers in the area, New Land Enterprises sought to create a state-of-the-art building with innovative amenities like radiant wood-grain floors, granite countertops, and high-end appliances.

Brothers Interiors, alongside Eppstein Uhen Architects, was tasked with designing a contemporary lobby that complemented the building’s cutting-edge design. Using West Elm Workspace and OFS Brands furniture, we created a space that blended modern and retro elements. A custom wire mesh wall provided separation in what was originally a large, open area, adding both function and visual intrigue.
