Northwestern Mutual Park Place

Park Place Wealth Management and the Grogan Group, a Northwestern Mutual advisory group in Milwaukee, needed to accommodate a growing team of private advisors. Coakley Brothers delivered a comprehensive, two-floor design that transformed their workspace into a modern, cohesive environment focused on both functionality and client experience.

This full-scope project expanded Park Place’s operations from one floor to two and utilized the complete range of Coakey Brothers’ services.

The first-floor work focused on a full refresh, prioritizing aesthetic updates such as carpet installations, finishes, and ceiling tiles. Mid-project, the scope expanded to include furniture for eleven additional private offices to meet the team’s continued growth.

The second-floor buildout created eight private offices, a conference room, an open office area, and a collaborative common space, all featuring new flooring, paint, and lighting.
