Northwestern Mutual Greater Wauwatosa

Coakley was proud to support Northwestern Mutual’s Greater Milwaukee team in their relocation to a refreshed office at Research Park in Wauwatosa. The approximately 13,000 SF workspace was designed to bring new energy to the team, moving from their previous downtown location to a brighter environment filled with natural light and expansive windows.

Working in partnership with Vocon and OFS, the project centered on creating a modern workplace that balances focused work, collaboration, and moments of retreat throughout the day.

The new office supports a variety of work styles through thoughtfully designed zones, including:

• Workstations and private offices
• Client-facing conference rooms and huddle spaces
• Informal breakout and collaboration areas
• Phone booths and nursing/wellness rooms
• Small acoustic “oasis” areas
