Manufacturing moves are no easy feat. They require a sophisticated level of coordination. That’s why, when Multi Fab and Nova Products were looking to move into a warehouse 2x the size of their existing location, they knew they had to work with our team at Coakley Brothers.

We executed a large manufacturing move, coordinated rigging equipment and machinery, and provided comprehensive construction services.

We also handled all of the interior design, architectural services, and furniture procurement in their new 99,000 sq. ft. dual-use office and manufacturing facility.

The project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget, creating a beautiful, functional new headquarters!
