J Jeffers Gold Metal Lofts

J. Jeffers completed this historic 72-unit affordable multi-family project in Spring 2020. Brothers Interiors provided furniture for the tenant community lounge and leasing office. Located in Racine, this adaptive reuse project transformed a former industrial building, once home to the Gold Medal Camp Furniture Manufacturing Company, known for its iconic canvas director’s chairs.
